Louisiana is a blue bear with black button eyes and a larger black nose. He wears a gold ribbon tied around his neck and has the words "I" and "Louisiana" embroidered on his chest in white thread and separated by a gold heart.

Louisiana was released on 5th September 2005.

He was retired on 24th May 2006.

Louisiana was first released as a Ty Store exclusive to raise funds for the American Red Cross after the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina. Three days later, he was released for general retail with a different style number. This is the retail version.
