Issy is a light blue bear with black button eyes and a larger black nose. She wears a silvery mesh ribbon tied around her neck. She has the Four Seasons Hotel logo embroidered on her chest.

Issy was released on 4th August 2001. She was retired on 31st December 2001. 

This is the Sao Paulo Issy. There are 63 different Issy bears representing different cities where the Four Seasons Hotel is located. 62 were sold at retailers apart from the New York Issy, which was only available from the Four Seasons Hotel in New York. 

100% of the profits from each bear (except the New York Issy) were donated to the Terry Fox Foundation. The profits from the sale of the New York bear went to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. 

The item is in mint to near mint condition.
