Her compassion and caring for all the world's people made her wish come true- and the world mourned her passing, as it still does today. This heirloom doll was created in tribute to the woman we will always know and love-as simply Diana.

The dress the doll wears is the only authentic re-creation of one of Princess Diana's favorites. Created for the Princess by one of her favorite designers, it was worn by the Princess on official visits to Hong Kong and Hungary.

In 1997, The Princess of Wales donated much of her dazzling wardrobe for a charity auction at Christie's. The Franklin Mint was lucky enough to be able to obtain this fabulous creation for its own, and in some small way, continue to support Princess Diana's important work.
