It is my endeavor to convey the expression of my feelings with each of the vinyl dolls made in a limited number.

For this, selected specialists are required - people who are able to relate to my feel for aesthetics, shape and color. Sigikid has those specialists! A unity of manual skill and distinct feeling for expression, trained and supervised by myself.

By hand-painting, each doll gets its individual aura and its distinctive charm. Eyes, eyebrows and mouth are painted in freehand brush technique. For cheeks and forehead I have chosen a natural way of coloring

which enables me to intensify expression and originality even at this advanced stage of production. I think that the application of rouge in spray technique is too technological, undifferentiated, and above all very unartistic. After many experiments I have chosen a solid powder cosmetic which can be t rubbed marvelously on the dolls' cheeks with a soft cloth or a brush. There are many possibilities of variation. Almost every woman is in possession of rouge and knows how to use it. It can be applied strongly and can be taken off again. In my opinion there is no other method of colouring for this type of material, by which such a transparent and delicate shade of the cheeks can be achieved.

This technique naturally allows modifications of the colouring by intensification with normal cheek rouge or reduction of the color intensity by dabs with a soft hair paintbrush. Thus an individual naturalness of each of my dolls is achieved. Each doll is an individual little work of art.

The box has edge/corner wear, creasing, dents, and scuffing. The doll is no longer tied in the box. The doll has minor wear and markings. Includes the dolls hat, Certificate of Authenticity, and letter.
