Sd.Kfz.181 Tiger I Early Production 2/s.Pz.ABT.503 Germany 1943 Vehicle

Probably the most famous tank of WWII is the German Tiger 1. This powerful and formidable armored vehicle struck fear into the hearts of its opponents. The fame of the Panzerkampfwagen Tiger Ausf.E grew far out of proportion to its actual numbers, as only 1,347 were built from August 1942 to August 1944. The Tiger I was the first tank to mount a lethal 8.8cm gun, with the KwK 36 L/56 weapon being fitted in the heavily armored turret. The Tiger I achieved a kill ratio of 5.74:1, a figure that demonstrates its prowess on the WWII battlefield.
