Wayne "Golden" Alexander was a Navy brat. He came from a long, proud line of Navy men. His great-grandfather was one of the Golden 13, a group of the 1st Black Naval Officers. When Wayne graduated number one in his class from the U.S. Naval Academy, no one was surprised. Wayne can make a computer do anything - he's a master.
