Elle has lovely black hair with blue and purple streaks that is pulled and twisted into a high ponytail. She has gray skin with robotic features and marking, lavender eyebrows and lipstick, and turquoise eyeshadow.

She is wearing a form-fitting blue dress dress with a decorative strip down the front. The black strip is embellished with rows of dots that are various shades of blue. Complementing the dress is a sheer purple cape decorated with a light blue and lavender circuit board print. Around her waist is a shiny silver statement belt with a large diamond-shaped buckle and many interlocking dangling strands.

Accessories begin with a wonderful blue headband that features crystals and parabolic dish antennae. In her ears are purple dangly crystal earrings and on her feet are translucent blue pumps. The pumps are adorned with rounded studs and crystal shard heels.

Elle comes with a brush, doll stand, and her diary.
