Toto wears a grey felt faux fur outfit with black yarn hair trim over a standard 8" hard plastic Madame Alexander doll. He sports a pink felt tongue from the mouth of his whisker painted gray face. A blue and white checkered bow in his hair matches the bow on the large wicker basket that comes with this doll, along with a cluster of flowers, and white display pad.
