Blazing into the holidays in the bright "fire-engine red" color of its time, the Tonka® Suburban Pumper awakens a happy combination of childhood memories and dreams.
This elaborately detailed ornament represents the popular pumper when it was introduced in 1956. The hand grab bar on the back of the truck appeared only on the first year's model. The initials "T.F.D." refer to the Tonka Fire Department.
