Long ago and far away, two baby girls were born in the same kingdom-one in the palace and one in the village. Although they appeared identical, they led very different lives-cach never knowing the other was there.

After they meet, quite by chance, a true friendship develops and the girls are forever bonded. Soon a dastardly plot threatent to harm both Princess Anneliese and her kingdom, and Erika riska her own life by switching places with her friend. Will their plan succeed? If so, both girls will have their fondest wish come true each will be able to lead the life of her own choosing.
