CRYSTAL BALL has spent decades perfecting hypnosis and mind control techniques. He constructed a trance inducing hypno-shield, which contains a reflected light pulse modulator that assists him with unlocking post-hypnotic commands used to activate his mind-controlled subjects. With his verbal commands, they unknowingly perform tasks assigned to them by COBRA COMMANDER, for the benefit of his evil organization.
