High above the streets in a tall clock tower, Mickey rides the second hand around the clock face, whistling and polishing as he goes. Meanwhile, Donald wrestles a sprung-and spirited-mainspring, and Goofy spends more time clanging the bell with his head than shining it. Maybe it's not such a well-oiled operation, but it sure is fun to watch!
