The roof and base on the back side of the building has some minor staining. The "Tiny Tim" sign is missing. Tested to ensure that the lighting works and comes with the appropriate light cord. The pile of logs has a piece broken off; unable to test the logs. The box has wear and tearing that has been taped over.
