Just imagine. Black cats and pumpkins, witches and goblins, ghosts and ghouls, and things that go bump in the night. It all started with an artist mock-up of an existing Snow Village building repainted with fall hedges, black vines and bare branch trees. This building, now known as the "Haunted Mansion", began the spirited tradition of our Snow Village Halloween collection. When the "Haunted Mansion" first appeared, collectors were shocked to welcome the new Snow Village residents, but with Halloween being the United States' second most celebrated holiday, it seemed appropriate to introduce a series of lighted buildings and accessories that families could display to celebrate the tradition of spooky seasonal decorating.
