Department 56 Nephew Fred's Flat Dickens' Village Series Porcelain Building

This is the house of Scrooge's nephew Fred in the Charles Dickens classic "A Christmas Carol". Four-story home with three-story turret-like bow windows. Planters flank front door. Overhang window above side door with crowstepped coping in gable rising to two chimneys. Ivy grows up corner area - garlands, wreath, and Christmas greetings decorate facade.

Heritage Village Collection accessories and figurines enhance the unique charm of the lighted pieces in any display. Over the years improved design, sculpting, and hand-painting techniques have resulted in pieces increasingly more detailed and colorful.

The building appears to be in perfect condition. Tested to ensure that the lighting works and comes with the appropriate light cord. The box has very minor shelf wear. The box has also been stamped and has an old price sticker on it. Please see pictures for better detail.
