Department 56 Beauty Shoppe North Pole Series Elf Land Porcelain Building

Near the North Pole a magical place where elves go for leisure began to take shape and construction started in 1998 for the development of Elf Land. In addition to all the businesses at the North Pole, elves wanted more places to go to relax and socialize. Elf Land became the answer. Now when elves are not busy making and testing toys, they can soak in a hot tub, sit down with a cup of hot cocoa and a pastry, or visit their tailor for spiffy new duds. Elf Land buildings are smaller to accommodate the elfin figure and each one is equipped with signature gold bells and elements of Byzantine onion dome roof design.

The building appears to be in perfect condition and comes with all of the original accessories. Tested to ensure that the lighting works and comes with the appropriate light cord. The box has some very minor shelf wear.
