A few miles down a gravel road at the outskirts of The Original Snow Village is a legendary place known as Buck's County. Here, life passes by at a leisurely pace under big skies and a million twinkling stars. The county stretches across acres of prized land and everyone is downright neighborly on both sides of the split rail fences.

Like many rural areas, Buck's County offers the best in country living. Simple pleasures include sitting a spell on the front porch in a rocking chair, baking pies for the county fair, and bottle-feeding the baby farm animals. Hard days in the field harvesting this year's crop are softened by the laughter of children busy playing hide and seek. After chores are done, nights draw to a close with a hayride through the South forty.
