Rescue and medical services to the Village's residents and visitors are provided by the Fire Suppression Division of the Rosement Public Safety Department. It consists of two fire stations, one deputy chief, one captain, 12 lieutenants, 18 public safety officers (firefighters) and 12 paramedics.
