Engine 71 Carries 1000 feet of 4 supply line, 1000 feet of 3 hose, 150 feet of 1 3/4" attack line off the rear, 200 ft of 2 1/2" connected to a blitz fire nozzle, It has a pre-connected Deck Gun and 2 pre-connected cross lays of 1 3/4" at 200 feet each, Auto line at 75 feet of 1 3/4" pre-connected. Engine 71 also carries a 35 foot extension ladder and a 14 foot roof ladder, a thermal imaging camera, forcible entry tools and medical supplies for basic and advance life support. Engine 71 is staffed with a 4 man Crew 24/7 with a FADO (Fire Apparatus Driver Operator) and Officer (LT or Capt), a Fire Specialist (Firefighter) and a Firefighter. Engine 71 is Housed with Engine 7, Medic 7, Medic 107 (Both Advance Life Support Ambulances) and Brush Unit 7.
