Happy Hanukkah was released on 30th September 2005. His Birthday is on 25th December 2005. He was retired on 29th December 2005. 

This version of the Happy Hanukkah bear with the embroidered menorah was the retail version. There was also a Ty Store exclusive with an embroidered dreidel.
