New and sealed in bags. Outer bag shows crinkling, minor age wear; inner bag has some dirt/debris on part of the tape, along with a piece of paper (possibly runoff from the tape used on the inner bag) stuck to the tape; figure, instructions and bio card are all new, never removed from bags. Rubber bands around figure inside inner bag have broken (common issue with age).
