One of the "Warriors of Light", the Redeemer has been sent to the Earth to eliminate Spawn. Drawing from the power that was supplied to him, called Elemental Fire, he has the ability to mutate his body into any shape or size of weapon and emit a powerful beam of light that can penetrate any object.
Clown II (#10133, Year 1996, Series 4):
Since his human form is nowhere near as threatening as his Violator form, the Clown relies on his weaponry to look as powerful as possible. His purpose on earth is to ensure Spawn doesn't go over to the side of good. He takes his job very seriously vowing that Spawn will only use his powers in evil manners.
The Freak (#10155, Year 1996, Series 6):
A psychotic in the true sense, the Freak escaped from an insane asylum and wanders around New York. The Freak has multiple personalities and part of him believes he is a super hero, but his actions often don't match his thoughts confusing those whom he encounters. Carrying an enormous knife in one hand and toting a bag full of various weapons, the Freak comes prepared for any fight. Spawn has been both his target and his pawn. None really knows if he is good or bad.
Total Chaos, Al Simmons (#90138, Year 1997, Comic Book Convention Exclusive):
Loyalty and honor were the chief factors that the Accord considered when selecting Simmons. His experience in covert military operations on 20th Century Earth also makes him valuable to the team.
