EPISODE SYNOPSIS:

Homer's dreams come true when he wins second prize in a Farmer Billy Bacon contest and is allowed to judge the pig competition at the Springfield County Fair. However, when Lisa is treated unfairly as she prepares for the place-setting contest, Homer takes his status as judge one step further. Disguised as The Pieman, Homer takes the law into his own hands. So begins the career of Springfield's superhero who serves justice by flinging pies into the faces of wrong-doers. Bart, knowing a sweet scam when he sees one, joins the Pieman as sidekick, Cupcake Kid.
