One time Raggedy Ann & Andy fall down a deep hole, and found themselves in Cookie Land. They soon made friends with Mr. & Mrs Cookie & their two cookie children. A rather disagreeable neighbor named Hookie-the-Goblin tried to eat the cookie children, but Raggedy Ann & Andy rescued them. Mrs. Cookie rewarded each of the dolls with a candy-covered cookie medal, with the words 'For Bravery' in white icing.

Hookie brought along a Snitznoodle to help capture the cookie boy & girl, but the Snitznoodle did not want to tangle with wearing bravery medals! He decided to be friends with Raggedy Ann & Andy & the cookie people. At first, the Cookies worried that the Snitznoodle might gobble them up, but it turned out that the ate only Wind Sandwiches, which he cut from the air with a knife. After the cookie people found out that the Snitznoodle would not nibble their children, they liked him as well as the Raggedy's did. The Snitznoodle ran home to his nightie, and came back to live with the Cookie Family.
