Ozzy Osbourne's multi-dimensional personalities take many forms, one of which McFarlane Toys is directly responsible for. The meticulously crafted Ozzy figure amalgamates his personae, crazy-eyed and cape-cloaked with crucifix in hand and winged ones at foot.

The package has visible wear and some scuffing and dents. The plastic has yellowing and the top right corner has broken off.
