Rochelle looks delightful in her black & white striped top with crossed shoulder straps. Complementing the top is a black & silver puffy skirt with a pattern of fleurs-de-lis, lines, ribbons, and other images. She is wearing pink mesh socks and open-toed ankle strap heels that are gray stone with spiral designs.

Accessories for the outfit consist of a black tiara, necklace, earrings, and armband. Her gray stone purse has various carvings, a pink fleur-de-lis clasp on the flap, and a stone chain handle. Rochelle's long lovely hair is pink with streaks of blue.
