Monster High Power Ghouls Frankie Stein as Voltageous Doll 2013 Mattel BBR88

Frankie is dressed up as Voltageous, the superhero that battles evil with the power of electricity. Her hair is streaked black & white and she wears a shimmery silver dress with a blue Frankie Skullette on the chest. The black sleeves and triangular wrap have blue polka dots and black lightning bolts outlined in yellow.

Complementing the dress is a hard wing-like cape made up of yellow lightning bolts. Her lightning bolt boots are silver, trimmed with light blue, and have Tesla coil heels with spur-like lightning bolts.

Accessories for the outfit consist of a light blue lightning bolt headband, light blue starburst earrings, and two silver wrist cuffs. Also included with the doll is a brush, doll stand, and a Voltageous mini comic book.
