Ghoulia is wearing her gym clothes and is ready for some fun and exercise. Her white shirt has black sleeves, red trim, and features Monster High - Phys Dead - on the front. The shorts are black with a white waistband, black drawstring, and a pink hem. One leg has a skullette and the other has a pink & white zigzag. Under the shorts are a pair of red half tights.

The second outfit is a multicolored dress with red straps. It begins with black trim, red & white horizontal stripes on top, and black with white polka dots in the middle. The dress has a red stripe down the front and a red hem with white vertical stripes.

Her accessories are red stud earrings, a red & white bracelet, black cat-eye sports goggles with a red strap, and a pair of white glasses. Her red & black sneakers have white tops, red laces, and black & white zigzags on the sides.
