Spectra has highlighted purple hair with half pulled into a ponytail and the rest hanging in curly waves. Her skin is a glowy iridescent white that creates a ghostly tone.

She is wearing a sleeveless dress that features a pattern of squiggly gray, plum, and deep pink patches with various chain link patterns. It has a sweetheart neckline with a single deep pink mesh shoulder strap and a sawtooth hemline.

The dress is accessorized with an elaborate silver chain wrapping adorned with skullette accents, padlocks, and balls. On her feet are matching silver wedges with locks and chains winding up her calves.

Included with Spectra is a brush and translucent blue chain doll stand that gives her the appearance of floating.
