Elissabat has lovely straight black hair with purple highlights. She is wearing a corseted dress with a purple top and a purple-laced black bodice. The ruffled skirt has a purple top layer and black mesh under layers. Over the sleeveless dress is a cropped top that is black & purple with sleeves that end in purple bell cuffs.

Accessories consist of one short and one long pair of purple dangling earrings and a translucent purple bat wing heart bracelet. On her feet are black knee-high lace-up boots with platform heels and rows of ruffled bands.

Included with the doll is coffin-shaped case with a DVD of her latest feature and a clawesome award. The gray trophy is a hand reaching from a movie reel. There is also a black brush, doll stand, and Elissabat's diary.
