Luna has beautiful black hair with streaks of red that is pulled into pigtails. She has yellow segmented skin, black antennae, red eyes with hexagonal pupils, gray eyeshadow, and black lipstick. Protruding from her back are translucent cerise moth wings with black veins and edging.

She is wearing a sleeveless black jumpsuit with a shimmery red corset and a a black mesh cover up on her shoulders. Attached to her waist is a black, red, and white train decorated with a skullette moth wing print.

Accessories feature a metallic gold crystal headpiece in the shape of a butterfly wing cutout. On her feet are silver butterfly boots embellished with cutouts adorned with rows of tiny butterflies.

Luna comes with a brush, doll stand, and her diary.
