Featuring the quaint little village of Greenleaf. This model kit comes with a schoolhouse, store, church, carriage house, tudor house and replica of Greenleaf's famous Arthur dollhouse.
Scale 3/8" = 1' - full buildings: four walls, roof, & floor - pre-cut and scored card stock trim, chimney, cupolas and steeples - Silk-screened amber plastic windows - Assembled sizes: approx. 5"W x 4"D x 6"H. Paint not included.
The box has visible fading, staining, creasing and scuffing. The box is open, but the pieces have never been punched out or assembled.
