The COBRA W.O.R.M.S.* OFFICER leads the field artillery branch and provides his in depth knowledge of fire support weapons systems. Each of the self-propelled artillery vehicle specialists he commands is cross-trained within their blanket specialty, and can man any position on an artillery vehicle, be it driver, gunner, loader, or diesel mechanic.

They are capable of utilizing cannons, rockets and missile fire to neutralize enemy forces. The COBRA W.O.R.M.S. OFFICER operates from a central fire control vehicle to oversee batteries of COBRA Maggots. From his vantage point, he sends target information using fire discipline communications via an encrypted inter-vehicle information system. He then coordinates the method of engagement, including the use of ECM resistant, fire-and-forget, self-targeting and proximity fused H.E.A.T. (High Explosive Anti-Tank) rounds. He never calls "cease fire" until all enemy forces on the battlefield are decimated.
