For Purchasing Customers:
Do you ship internationally?
We LOVE selling internationally. In placing a purchase, you agree to and understand that the postal service states that delivery of your item may take 30 to 60 days; however, most international orders do arrive within 3 weeks. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and could be due upon arrival of your item if these charges were not collected at checkout. Please check with your country's customs or import office to determine what these import fees will be prior to buying.
When can I expect my order to ship?
We ship all orders within 24 hours except on Saturday & Sunday. All weekend orders & orders placed after 2 PM CST will ship on Monday.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of arrival for a refund, less shipping cost.
How should I package my return?
Your return should be packaged exactly as you recieved it to be eligible for a full refund. Any packages that arrive to us damaged due to insufficent packaging may only qualify for a partial refund, if any at all.
Is your website secure?
Yes, our website is secure! We offer a satisfaction guarantee, or you can return the item for a refund if you are unhappy. We are a U.S. based company, and we take pride in the great customer feedback we have received. What payment types do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards, and we offer GooglePay and afterpay.
How long do I have to cancel my order?
We ship very quickly. Most orders enter processing within 30 minutes of checkout, so we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible so that we can properly cancel the order.
I did not receive my order. What should I do?
If you purchase a high priced item, we require that the carrier requests a signature upon delivery. Check with your local UPS, and see if they have your order.
