Karen loves animals. She has grown up with many pets. As a child, she had a pet monkey, dogs, cats, goats, fawns, and horses. But for the past 25 years, she has loved Yorkshire Terrier puppies. Her first Yorkie was named Winnefred the Boo, which, of course, was shortened to Boo. Boo had a remarkably gentle nature and everyone loved her. She was a wonderful pet, and a family member in a good standing for over 16 years. Robin and Jeff, Karen's and Brent's children, grew up in Boo's presence.
