Linka is the 16 year old Planeteer from the Soviet Union. She is very hardworking and is a master of logical deduction and strategy. Her favorite hobbies include playing computer simulated games or reading especially magazines such as 'Advanced Ecology.'

Because Linka's first language is Russian, her attempts at using American slang are often humorous. For this she is constantly teased by Wheeler, with whom she is always fighting. One of her favorite Russian expressions is 'Bozhe Moi' (Oh my goodness!).

Linka's special power is WIND - she can command it to swirl or gust, or created small tornadoes.
