This is a 1991 porcelain replica of the original 1964 Plantation Bell Barbie, made by Timeless Creations, the Collectible/Specialty Doll division of Mattel.
Second in the Barbie Porcelain Treasures Collection - For the adult collector - Limited Edition - Serial Number 05694 - Made in Malaysia.
The box has edge wear, creasing, denting, and scuffing. The doll appears to have been displayed and is complete. The porcelain shows discoloration on the doll's arms, chest, and the tip of the nose. The hair tie has deteriorated. Each of the shoes is damaged. Doll has been re-set in the box.
