The box is heavily damaged. There are multiple tears and bends. Tape has been used multiple times to reseal the box. Most items are new and still factory sealed. The elephant, pots, pans and 2 glasses are the only loose items in the set. Everything else is factory sealed. 1 yellow plate is missing from the factory sealed bag it should have been in. Please zoom in on the photos to get the most accurate representation of the item.
