Amercom Collection 1:72 Scale Sd.Kfz. 164 Nashorn - 1944 Diecast Vehicle

The Nashorn or, "Rhinoceros", was a tank hunter used by the Germans in WWII. The Nashorn began production in early 1943 with an 88mm anti-tank gun, the same gun used on the Tiger. It was design on a lengthened new Panzer III/IV (a mixture of the Panzer III and IV) chassis, with the gun being surrounded with an open topped superstructure. The tanks debut was made in the battle of Kursk 1943 where it met much success due to its ability to engage enemy tanks at a distance at which the allied tanks could not hit or penetrate it.

Diecast metal and plastic construction. - Rotating turret, elevating cannon and accurate hull. - Painted, fitted, non-moving tracks on detailed non-rotating wheels. - Realistic panel lines, antennas, access panels and surface details. - For the adult collector.
