Made in 1965 for a total of $5.6m, Thunderball with its spectacular underwater scenes and unique gadgetry courtesy of Q, was Sean Connery's fourth appearance as agent 007, and remains one of the all time favourite Bond movies.

SPECTRE, headed by the evil Emilio Largo, have hijacked a vulcan bomber carrying two atomic bombs, and threaten to detonate them unless £100m in uncut diamonds is delivered. All '00' agents are assigned to the mission, but Bond has a lead which takes him to Nassau, a shark infested swimming pool and a final confrontation with Largo himself!
