The box has visible edge/creasing, scuffing, minor tears, and discoloration/fading from age. The van has some wear, light scratches, and discoloration/yellowing. The wheels have a hardened white glue around all of the hub caps. Most of the wheels are locked in place and no longer turn. The van's door handle has broken off and is missing. The van has been tested and no longer works. The batteries are not included.
