Star Wars Ben Obi-wan Kenobi Clay Tankard 1977 California Originals #26 USED

A set of ceramic tankards to promote George Lucas' film "Star Wars: A New Hope" were designed by sculptor Jim Rumph and produced by the ceramic manufacturer California Originals in 1978. This tankard features a hooded Obiwan Kenobe sculpted on the front, with "May the Force be With You" embossed on the back. It is a warm brown, hand glazed and painted, with a dark blue interior.
