Plush Frankie is about ten inches tall and is light green with silver stitch accents. Her hair is black and white striped ribbon that is pulled to the back on top. She has one green and one blue eye, pink eyeshadow, a dashed red smile, and silver earrings.
Her classic outfit is a black and blue plaid dress with red lines. The shoulders and collar are white and the sleeves are black mesh. The skirt has an under layer of black mesh with black mesh shorts.
The dress is accessorized by a black and white polka dot tie with a Skullette. On her feet are black and white striped vinyl pumps.
