Howleen has shoulder length pink hair that is curled at the ends. She is wearing an adorable sleeveless dress with one blue mesh shoulder strap. The other strap and the rest of the dress features a pink, blue, and black print. The print is decorated with hearts, skullettes, lips, balloons, bats, and "OMG" speech bubbles. On her feet are blue wedges with straps, paw prints, and balloon accents.

Her fundraising item is a floating orange skullette-shaped balloon on a string. Howleen does not come with a brush or doll stand.
